P & P COSTS
We find that Royal Mail has been reliable over the years and we continue to use them. For most orders we use their Tracked 48 service. This means that your order is fully trackable and you will receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves us. For this we need to use your email and/or phone details.
T-shirts, Sweatshirts and Hoodies
The first item is £3.50, then every subsequent t-shirt is an additional £1.00 each
A4 Art prints
The first A4 print is £3.45, then every subsequent A4 print is an additional £2.45 each
A3 Art prints
The first A3 print is £3.45, then every subsequent A3 print is an additional £2.45 each
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of stock items and note that orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Most of our t-shirts, sweatshirts and art prints are printed to order - delivery of these items is usually in 5-7 working days but can occasionally be longer.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We use PayPal and will also accept Visa, Mastercard or regular account payments - through PayPal or Stripe. Pretty Grim is a trading name of Acme Creative. Your PayPal receipt will show Acme Creative as the vendor.

When you log in to PayPal, you connect with Transport Layer Security (TLS) and only with an HTTPS connection (HSTS).
PayPal use key pinning on their apps to ensure your mobile only connects to true PayPal servers.
RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges. Only unworn, unwashed items are eligible for return unless defective. We are unable to return items ordered in the wrong size (please see t-shirt specification). Please contact us with your issue within 7 days, before sending the return. Once your item arrives, We will refund your payment into your PayPal account less shipping costs.
